Corice Webb Galloway, age 91, passed away on July 29, 2012.
Corice was preceded in death by husband William Harvey Galloway of Austin, Texas and her parents James Loyd Webb and Lucille Rickard Webb of Breckenridge, Texas. She is survived by two daughters: Anne Lefton married to Lee Lefton of Santa Fe, New Mexico; Jane Combs married to Kelly Combs of Sautee Nacoochee, Georgia; her sister Mary Sorell of Breckenridge, Texas; and two grandchildren Brian Kelly Combs and Laura Elizabeth Kimble both of Sugar Hill, Georgia.
Corice was raised on a ranch outside of Breckenridge, Texas but lived most of her adult life in Austin, Texas where she was last employed by the Texas State Teacher Retirement System. A few years after retirement, she moved to Loganville, Georgia in 2001 to be near family. Corice dedicated her life to her loved ones and will be greatly missed.
No formal services will be held.
Arrangements are in the care of Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, Georgia.
