Betty Bean

Betty Bean, age 85, of Cornelia, GA passed away Monday, April 19, 2010. Mrs. Bean was born in Shrewsbury, MO on March 11, 1925 to the late Edward Charles and Emma Lou Edward Charles Alsen . She was also preceded in death by her husband, Monroe E. Bean and her son, Monroe E. Bean, Jr. Mrs. Bean was a retired children's librarian from the Dawson County Library. Survivors include daughters, Judy Ficken, and Bambi Womack, both of Cornelia, GA; sons and daughters-in-law, Timothy and Bridget Bean Elizbethton, TN and Dennis and Sherry Bean, Sullivan, MO; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
