For more than 50 years, Whitfield Funeral Homes & Crematory has been honored to serve families throughout Demorest, Baldwin, Clarksville, Cornelia, Alto, Mount Airy, Lula, Homer, and the surrounding Habersham County, Banks County, and Northeast Georgia communities with compassionate, professional funeral and cremation care. Since our founding in 1971, families have trusted us to provide thoughtful guidance, clear options, and dignified service during life’s most difficult moments.


Whitfield Funeral Homes & Crematory offers complete funeral, cremation, and memorial services, including traditional funerals, memorial and graveside services, celebrations of life, veteran honors, and funeral preplanning. As the only full-service funeral home in our area, we are uniquely equipped to support families with two convenient chapel locations, an on-site crematory, our own perpetual care cemetery Yonah Memorial Gardens—and a dedicated fellowship space, The Family Connection Center.
