Carol M Middleton

CAROL M. MIDDLETON, 76 of Cornelia, GA passed away on April 4, 2010 after a short illness. Born on February 18, 1934, in Rehoboth, MA she was the daughter of the late Raymond Eddy and Eunice Pearson Gamache. A retired bookkeeper, she enjoyed needle crafting, movies, and was an avid reader. She also had a great love of animals and was concerned about their welfare. She is survived by 2 sons, Keith R. Gibbons and his wife Kim of Dahlonega, GA, Kristopher R. Gibbons and his partner Rich of Savannah, GA; by 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; by a step-brother, Ray and his wife Cheryl Giarrusso of Houston, TX; by an aunt, Margie and her husband Ray Lassig of Dearborn, MI; by her cousin, Joel Carlson of East Providence, RI; and by many friends at her home. She donated her body to Emory University - School of Medicine. In lieu of flowers the family request a donation be made to any of the following; The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, ASPCA, the Nature Conservancy, or the Sierra Club.
