Carroll Christie Grant

Carroll Christie Grant, age 86, of Panama City Beach, Florida formerly of Duluth, Georgia went to her Heavenly Home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

Mrs. Grant was born on May 14, 1939 in Dawson, Georgia to the late Frank Howard and Lynelle Frankum. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bruce Grant. A proud graduate of the University of Georgia, she built a successful career as a business woman, first working in the staffing industry before going on to establish her own thriving temp agency. She was a true entrepreneur, driven by a strong work ethic and a heart for helping others find meaningful work. Above all, she was a devoted and loving mother, the kind whose support and guidance shaped the lives of those she held most dear. She was a woman of deep faith, grounded in her Christian beliefs, and known for her unwavering devotion to God. Her love for animals was evident to all who knew her, whether through her own cherished pets or her compassion for all creatures. Music, dance, and cultural experiences brought her great joy, and she often shared that joy with others, celebrating the beauty of the arts and the richness of life.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Terry Teakell, of Hoschton; son and daughter-in-law, Don and Lynn Stallings, of Roswell; daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Jonathan Ross, of Panama City Beach, FL; grandchildren, Ashlyn Stallings, Allison Huerta, Kaitlyn O'Neal, Kelton Hartson.

Private Graveside Services will be held at Yonah Memorial Gardens on Sunday, June 22, 2025.
