Cindy Renee Phillips

CINDY RENEE PHILLIPS, age 40, of Alto, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at her residence. Cindy was born in Habersham County on January 28, 1973. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Gibson Robinson. Cindy was a loving and caring daughter, sister, mother, and aunt who will not be forgotten. Survivors include daughters, Samantha Phillips, Clarkesville and Misty Phillips, Atlanta; sister, Rhonda Elrod, Alto; brother, Dennis Dean, Baldwin; two nieces, Heather Elrod, Alto and Ali Dean, Baldwin; one nephew, Chris Elrod, Alto. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m., Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, Georgia with Rev. Ken Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in the Welcome Home Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m., Friday, March 8, 2013, and noon to funeral hour on Saturday, March 9, 2013.
