Jean Powell Hudson

JEAN POWELL HUDSON, age 62, Gainesville, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, following a sudden illness. Mrs. Hudson was born in Demorest, Georgia on October 16, 1949. She was of the Baptist faith and a retired real estate agent. Survivors include her husband, William T. "Bill" Hudson, Gainesville, GA; parents, Milton and Lucille Rice Powell, Baldwin, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Lindsay and Dennis Ferrier, Nashville, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Ty and Monique Hudson, White, GA; sisters, Pat Powell Parham, Cornelia, GA, Peggy Powell Powers, Lakemont, GA and Mary Powell Norton, Alto, GA; five grandchildren, Sophie Hudson, Gabby Hudson, Christian Hudson, GiGi Ferrier, Jack Ferrier. Funeral services are scheduled for 8 p.m. Friday, June 29, 2012, Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, Georgia with Rev. Larry Free officiating.
