Joe David Seay, age 70. of Alto, Georgia passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025.
Mr. Seay was born on February 3, 1955 in Commerce, Georgia to the late Cleveland and Verta Seay.
Survivors include his son, Andrew Seay, of Charlotte, NC and his brother, Merlyn Seay.
Mr. Seay's wishes were to be cremated with no formal services held.
