LUIS CEJA, age 70, of Baldwin, Georgia, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2013, at his residence. A visitation service will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, March 30, 2013, at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia. Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at St. Mark's Catholic Church in Clarkesville, with Father Jose Luis Hernandez-Ayala officiating. Arrangements are in the care of Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia.
