Ryan Keleigh Small, age 34, of Baldwin, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.

Mr. Small was born on March 27, 1991 in Gwinnett County, Georgia to Michael Kelly Small and Kellie Jennifer Small. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, "Mama Kitty".

Ryan was employed with Metro Power as a Service Technician, where his strong work ethic and dedication earned the respect of all who worked alongside him. Ryan was known for his vibrant personality. A true goofball at heart, he loved to be the center of attention and had a remarkable ability to draw people in. He never met a stranger and made friends wherever he went, using his humor and charm to create connections that lasted. A gifted artist, Ryan poured his talent into drawing and painting, expressing his creativity with passion and skill. He adored his animals, each one treated with the love and care of a devoted parent. Ryan also enjoyed cosplay, especially attending Dragon Con. He and his wife, Jessica, shared countless joyful moments crafting costumes together, fully embracing the worlds and characters they loved. Ryan was an avid fan of Godzilla and Deadpool, and he carried that enthusiasm into his hobbies, including video game streaming. Through his streaming community, he built friendships across the country, creating a welcoming space where people could laugh, connect, and share in his love of gaming. Above all, Ryan had the biggest heart. He loved deeply and selflessly, and those who knew him will forever remember his kindness, humor, and generous spirit. His presence made life brighter, and his memory will continue to bring comfort and joy to the many lives he touched.

In addition to his parents, Ryan is survived by his loving wife, Jess Small, of Baldwin; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Gayle Neal and Tony Neal, of Dallas; maternal grandparents, Judy Jones and Dan Jones, of Virginia; and many other relatives.
