Vance Joel Cagle

VANCE JOEL CAGLE, age 62, of Old Cornelia Hwy., Gainesville, GA, died Saturday, September 6, 2008 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Mr. Cagle was born on November 5, 1945 in Hall County, Georgia to the late Virgil J. and Wilma Greenway Cagle. He was a member of the Whitehall Baptist Church and was retired from Cobb Vantress with 33 years of service. Survivors include: his wife: Mary Cagle, Gainesville, GA; his daughter and son-in-law: Janine and Tony Addison, Lula, GA; his son and daughter-in-law: Kenneth and Pam Cagle, Gainesville, GA; his brother and sister-in-law: Denver and Diane Cagle, Lula, GA; his grandchildren: Jericho Marlow, Mary-Olivia Marlow, Raven Kinsey, Crystal Addison, Blake Addison, Triston Cagle, Morgan Waters, Robert Waters, Bryson Mooney, and Kelsey Mooney, all of Gainesville, GA; a special cousin: Beverly Brinson, Gainesville, GA. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 8, 2008 from the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia with Rev. Matthew Stephens and Rev. Loren Hildebrandt officiating. Interment will follow in Whitehall Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 until 4 and 6 until 8 p.m. on Sunday.
